Happiness is power, happiness is diet, and in our life, we have to be a karmayogi. There is always a need to do actions, and every action is watched. Sense organs perform through the eyes, through hands, through feet, through the mouth. Every organ of the body is for action and it’s kind of a routine, but it all depends on our awareness and our mental stage. So Baba is giving us a very good yukti: to do everything as if you are dancing. When you dance, you create different poses right? You create poses for the hands, you create poses for the feet. It’s like every posture and pose is different while dancing. So Baba is saying that a karma yogi should be as if you are dancing with joy. How is that possible? That means when you’re cooking, or looking for something, you’re cleaning, when you are giving lessons, do it as a posture of a dance, as if you are dancing in happiness. Then you will not be bored or tired. You will like it. Also, when you’re dancing, you know that many are observing. So it’s very important that whatever action we do, we know that there are many who are observing, and they will also perform the same actions. A lot of attention is needed inside, and then we do action but with attention, there is no tension, and that means you are light. You are happy, very joyful as if dancing. It’s not that you are standing in front of the stove and you start dancing with your hands. You know I have to cook the way you cook, but the feelings are of lightness. So that is what is being called, ‘do every action with happiness’. So tomorrow we all will pay attention. We all will look at everything, and then of course, we have to remain very happy. We pay attention with joy, happiness, and every action is a posture of a dance, as if we are singing and dancing. We are happy, and definitely this will be very useful.
