We are all instruments, and each one has the pure thought that I want to be a good instrument, an instrument for world service, and unlimited service. Does everyone have that pure thought? Our bhavana and aim is to be God's instrument. The one effort we have to do is listen, understand. Then during the day, keep reminding yourself to create that stage. Understanding won't create that stage, but bringing it into practice will. Then, you will be able to play that part. Baba says that we should be instruments to bring benefit to everyone, and for that, be stable in your double light angelic form. Tomorrow’s practice is that I am not only an angel but I am a double light angel. When you remind yourself, then in your mind, you will be in that stage. Others will also have some experience that this one is really in an angelic state. This will inspire others too. We have to do this in the month of January. Be stable in your double light angelic form. The method is to remind yourself, so you are invoking your stage. When you are in that stage like Brahma Baba, others will feel sakaash. We used to feel a kind of energy from Baba's presence, and this is what is required these days. Instrument is not only for serving outside. First I have to be a good instrument within the family. Someone can say she's a very good instrument, but a good example is to be stable in double light angelic form. To maintain that, we have to be detached observers. If you want to maintain your double light angelic stage, then you cannot just be a detached observer, you also have to give sakaash. sakaash is giving cooperation, because you are instruments to benefit everyone. That means a lot of seva is happening in silence. You're not saying it, but you are being that, then service happens automatically. To give sakaash is to fulfill your responsibility. Baba is saying that this is your responsibility. If there is a gap somewhere, we can fill it more through sakaash, and everyone will get that light and might. You can give sakaash by being in the elevated stage. You can’t just keep saying that I am giving sakaash, you have to be in an elevated stage. Together with serving with words, also do the service of giving sakaash. Sakaash comes in with the attitude of good wishes in your mind. Baba is explaining that Sakaash is cooperation, but how could you give sakaash? When you have an attitude of good wishes in your mind for everyone. Many ask me, “What is Sakaash, do I just sit and send the current, but current of what?” Our thoughts have vibrations and when the vibrations are pure, that's like a current. Dadi Janki and others shared that whenever we held Mama's hand, we got a current. So a current like you feel energy. Our presence should create a current in the sense that people should feel the warmth of love and belonging. This is very much needed within the family. This is the seva we have to do in the month of January, then it will continue the whole year. Being in an elevated stage gives sakaash and good wishes for everyone all the time. Silence means that I don't have to think much, and is an internal effort to create that stage so that others can feel a clear direction. Double light angel is a beautiful stage, where there is clarity of mind, and many experiences can be had.
