Is everyone well?  Essence of knowledge is to remain okay. I don’t really see any of you absent. So how many of you like to be obedient and cooperative? The majority of you,good. Some might have resistance, and ask,”Why do I have to obey and listen to this one?” Brahma Baba once stood there by the door of history hall and he bowed salutations to mothers. Vande Mathram. Mathavonko Baba Namaskar Karte hi. So Baba in every action showed that quality, whatever Baba did it was easy for the 300 students to follow. If Baba said that children should do karma yoga, This is Yagya, everyone did karma yoga. Baba will go sit with everyone, whether it was cutting vegetables, cleaning, even rolling chapatis. Baba happily joined everyone and everyone used to run, they wanted to be with Baba. These days there are departments and responsibilities,and separate duties, but when we lived together and it was a small community then, we did everything together. There is something called non cooperative, that means don’t do, don't cooperate. I always say that when you belong to Baba, be cooperative in whichever center or country you are in. If ten or twenty instruments do not cooperate, they don't say no, but they are not respectful. It is very difficult to have unity and there will be obstacles in some way or another. Where there are 30 or 40 instruments even, but we have a lot of love and respect then there is unity. We all are on a spiritual journey and we need to be together. We are traveling together, so that is why one of the very respectful terms is Haji or ji ha. Mama was a good example, when anything happens and especially when Baba will tell Mama you have to go to the court to reply, to be present on behalf of the whole family. Mama said Ji Baba. So if any task was given, ha ji Baba and you will be surprised about what happens, not only you receive power, you receive help and you receive blessing. A Lot is earned and becomes our credit. Never Mama said to Baba why I have to do this? So our homework is to reflect and to see, check and then make an effort to say ha ji. Many times Dadi Janki said something that was not practical for me, so after sometime she will call me back and say don't worry, if you don't want to do it, that is fine. She understands that I'm not saying no. So that relationship with our seniors, with Baba, even among ourselves should be one of cooperation. Baba said never cut off anyone's idea. Say yes, then when we come to being practical, we can further discuss. So it is nice when one says something and the other accepts. I can't hear, but you can say ha ji. In self progress, you also progress in service. If someone says something, others accept by saying ha ji. Continue to increase unity, creating unity among all of you. Baba says that determination in this way to be like the Dadis, just as a gathering of Dadi’s is strong in their unity and determination. A gathering of all the serviceable jewels should be strong in the same way. Baba is saying that there is great need for this. Sometimes there is a kind of subtle way of non cooperation. So Baba says that there is a great need now to say yes-ji Baba.
