Om shanti! Everyone is okay? Especially at this time, be happy, the celebrations have begun for Shiv Jayanti. It is Baba’s birthday and also our new spiritual birth. A lot of celebrations are happening, I am getting news from other places including Shantivan. Yesterday we had flag hoisting in Gyan Sarovar then we went to Global Hospital. There is so much enthusiasm everywhere. Baba wants us to give a message to everyone, how do we do that? A lot of methods are being used. In India of course, they do a lot of programs and flag hoisting everywhere. Every sister says that they are busy because they have to do so many centers and Gita Pathshala flag hoisting. We truly need to enjoy being with each other now, or else the experience of true love is lost, and a time will come that the emptiness of not having love for each other will definitely become a very big obstacle.  Baba mentioned following the law with love, when you talk about law with love, it won’t feel like a law. Love is important. Many times I see at the airport parents and children sitting together but each one is talking on separate phones constantly. There is no time for interaction or conversation with each other. Everything is through the internet, through devices. So the love is being taken away. Baba’s children have to pay attention. It shouldn’t happen of course, that we get more dependent on devices. We have to check to see how much time we are on the internet, use as necessary, but not all the time. Baba wants us also to have practice of being introverted. Baba is using the word underground because just as scientists need to focus, the same for yogis. Underground means just go deep within. Body is the element of earth and soul-consciousness is introvertedness, hence being underground is necessary. Introspection and introvertness protect you from obstacles, and you save your time and thoughts. Both are very valuable: time and thoughts. Always have love for solitude and try to keep yourselves underground. Always try to maintain introversion. All activities can be carried out underground. Baba says that you can do everything while being introverted. It is not that when you are introverted,you just keep sitting. Be in solitude and together with that, also have an entertaining nature. Don’t be one with a long face, or someone who doesn't smile, because you claim to be introverted. Our Brahma Baba was so cheerful but very detached,very loving but also very detached. You could practically feel the detachment and love. When we are introverted,in soul-consciousness there is natural love for everyone. When there is extroversion,there are a lot of words and a lot of thinking. So the time is wasted and not only that, but savings will not happen. Being introverted during the day, in the evening you feel I have a lot of savings. I saved so many thoughts and time. Accumulation is important, Baba looks at the account of children because purity, love, all these qualities in our thoughts will do a lot of mansa seva. What your thoughts and awareness are, is your method,  then there is accomplishment and success. I think that today very attentively, you should practice to be in solitude, while you keep doing what you have to do.   Om Shanti
