Everyone is lost in Baba's love, lost in the Ocean of Peace. So, Baba is unlimited like the ocean. He wants us to be unlimited also. Yesterday I went to Gyan Sarovar. The hall was full. After a long time, I saw the double foreigner's global family, many stayed on after the NCCC meeting. Yesterday there were about 500 souls. Very interesting topic on ‘How subtle avyakt BapDada is sustaining us.’ I was sharing how Brahma Baba gave light and might, his constant cheerfulness, when you come close to Baba and there is a current of light. Avyakt BapDada sustains us through his stage. What we have to do is use the power of silence, power of purity, and power of yoga. All these powers are self-sustaining and they sustain others. So, during the day you have five or ten minutes, accumulate power by going into deep silence and deep peace. Then that becomes your nature and sanskars. Just be with One, this is called solitude. Baba has to give us directions and signals, so stay close to Baba as much as possible. Baba says to remain in solitude, this means to be lost in the depth of the One, away from external attractions. It isn't a question of just sitting in solitude by yourself in your room. Let your mind be in solitude, not physically, but let your mind be in solitude. Concentration of mind means to stay in remembrance of the One. We saw Brahma Baba and Dadis, even though they were with us, we could feel that they wanted to be with Shiv Baba. Even while we were eating together, Baba never spoke a word while we ate, never. You could see that he wants to be with Shiv Baba. Yesterday someone asked, “How do you inspire others?” We could feel that Baba wants to be with Shiv Baba and we used to feel inspired to do the same. We notice the same with Dadi Prakashmani, during traffic control time Dadi used to be completely lost. When Shantivan started, Dadi said every hour there will be traffic control. Silence and peace are the most important qualities. Silence is to be very peaceful, because there is power and peace. Lot of things externally get settled through the power of peace. What is needed in the world is peace. We used to have little difficulty in the beginning in New York. I wrote to Dadi and said that all these things are happening. Dadi said to remember that you are all creating the world of peace, and it is only through the power of peace, you can establish the world of peace. We have been here for almost 50 years, never was there any violence or anything destructive happened with us. Internally, I keep reminding myself of the power of peace. When we started service at the UN, people used to call us angels of peace, angels have come. So it is by becoming the embodiment of peace, accumulating power of peace that you become messenger of peace. Everyone feels those vibrations of peace. I think that all of us keep our aim to be in solitude, and that is to be with One, who is the Ocean of peace and love. Baba used to take all of them in the evening to the ocean, when we lived in Karachi. In the end our ultimate aim is to be with Baba, in remembrance of Baba. When I leave the body like sakaar Baba, I have to just be with One, but if there's no practice, we won't be able to do it. We have to start practicing being in solitude and nothing should distract us.  I can be in solitude and have total concentration.
