Let's say you have hundreds of students and everyone wants to do service, some are very good at delegating, giving tasks to everyone, creating different teams, different small groups conversations and different ways to remain together. It is very important. There are some who just work with their own self, right? We have to make others feel included in what we are doing. How can I help in Baba’s task? So you won’t have to ask for anything. Don’t only give time, you should inspire them using good methods. Whatever way we speak should inspire others but also you should be sharing projects or programs with everyone. Even if it is a small group who has decided, it should be shared with the whole family. The more you share with the whole family the more you get cooperation, but you need to know how to work in a team. Look at Avyakti Pariwar  team, there are almost over hundred Baba’s children and all hundred never complain about anyone, nobody has given up or say I can’t continue, because of different Sanskars. You will be surprised that if a translator doesn’t come, and we know that translation is missing, we call a second person and they are ready to do it. Internally there is a lot of love for the project and love for each other, so we never had any difficulties. We have to see how to work with a larger number of people so that they feel satisfied. Myself and everyone else together will bring success in service. You will never feel lonely, nor tired, different souls with different talents will cooperate. Dadi Janki used to tell me when I think a carpenter is needed they appear, then I say we need this electrician, he appears. So pure thoughts bring the resources.
