Om Shanti! Is everyone OK? 

Baba’s teachings are our greatness, our safety. Dadi Gulzar first reminded us that Baba has given each one a wireless set. You can call Baba, you can send your messages wirelessly, but you have to be viceless. You have conquered vices in the big form. Like there’s no anger but still there is bossiness or forceful speaking.  Traces of vices and desires are still there. Mamma used to say that jealousy is lust because there’s subtle desire, and you are comparing yourself with others. So it’s very subtle. Total purity is necessary for your wireless system to work very well. Baba will respond, souls will respond properly. Today Baba is giving us a balance of authority and humility. Let there be love, sweetness and also greatness in your words. When your words are loveful and sweet, they are great, right? So, let there be truth in your words, let there be humility in your form, your image. A police officer attended one of our programs in London, he said that I have to go to the office with a very forceful, serious face, but now I will try to be pleasant and sweet. When he went back to work he said that it did work, I remained smiling, I wished everyone good morning. I had a stick in my hand but I didn’t raise it. He was sharing that it did work but otherwise a policeman doesn’t think that he can be sweet, right? He has a different kind of authority. So Baba says, “Let there be humility in your form.” Be fearless and speak with humility. Let your words be within the code of conduct, no abusive words, and negative words. Let there be a balance of the two, authority and humility. Where there’s balance, you can see wonders of these two words. These words are not harsh, they are sweet. So now show the wonder of the balance of authority and humility. Respect from the heart is only given when you are comforting, loving, and sweet. When I am fearful then I see people with fear. Tension and heaviness in the atmosphere make people tired and unhappy. If you want people to make an effort for a long time just make them happy. Someone gives an example of Dadis, that if we have been working long hours, Dadis will bring toli, send someone with tea. So they keep working. So it’s very important. Baba says that the balance of authority and humility is the way to reveal the Father. You plan big programs and you think that this will reveal the Father, but Baba’s saying that in your day to day life, inculcation of this balance will reveal Father. Everyday if you do this, it will reveal Father, right? Everyone then will ask, “Who is your teacher?  Where do you learn all these things? Can you also tell us?” You don’t have to force them to listen to what knowledge is about. They will take it from the heart. So that’s called revealing the Father.
