Dadi Gulzar had been talking about what we do at Amritvela and what we must do before sleeping. It is a beautiful way to begin the day and also how to end our day. Whatever I have done or someone has done, according to drama whatever happened, is now in the past. She said that if you can’t sleep quickly, then sit on a chair and tell Baba what is in your heart and become light. So, I thought we should take that advice, at Amritvela no churning of knowledge, just take current from Baba, it is the soul meeting the Supreme Soul. Sometimes we wake up and thoughts of the next day's activity begins. Also some of the leftovers from the day before. That is why one of the helpful practices is to give your chart to Baba. So that when you wake up in the morning, there's nectar in the intellect. If there is anything from yesterday, then you cannot have a connection with Baba. Giving your chart to Baba and speaking to Baba is very important, so that next morning Amritvela, you wake up with very beautiful experiences. Now it comes to truth, authority, and good manners, so Baba is saying to be fearless. Some people say that I am always very frank, I am open, and then they hurt others. What they say is not very good, because they say whatever comes to mind without considering others feelings. Word counts and have a lasting impact . If you are fearless, you remain firm in your faith, whatever happens, you don't think I should not have faith. In the beginning Baba gave knowledge, many young kumaris got knowledge and then surrendered. They had to face a lot, they were locked in their homes, punished, and had to endure a lot of difficulties, but they didn't change their mind, that is fearlessness. When you are speaking your own faith, you have to be fearless. Speak about any aspect of knowledge with authority of truth and manners, not with hesitation. If you think,”I am not sure if I should say this or not”. You are already putting doubt in your thoughts. In order to bring about revelation first of all, you have to reveal yourself, so be fearless and let there be few words in your lectures. Let them be so powerful and filled with His love. It is the magnet of this love that pulls the soul to God. When you see Baba’s children you feel love. They give an introduction of God with so much love, that you are touched and when you are touched, you know it is true. So, the way the truth is presented is very loving, very polite and also good manners. Even when you talk about the principles, it depends on how you tell the principles, like satvik food and celibacy. Every morning, coming to class, explaining all the principles you can do it with love then it works like a magnet. The soul says that I will do, I will follow.  Even discipline has to be told, but with love, so don't forget that it's our manners, it’s our love for Baba that helps us to convince other souls that this is the truth. Plus, they feel empowered to follow everything.
